TERMS & CONDITIONS
Submission of registration form constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before signing up.
Registration and Payment
This event is open to mothers of all ages and life stages.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Registration will not be processed until form is submitted and payment has been made.
All payments must be made via bank deposit/transfer through bank channels listed above.
Proof of payment must be provided upon registration. We will acknowledge receipt of your payment through email.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
Cancellation and Refund
Standard cancellation fee for this event is P300.
Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant personally or by phone. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases refunds may be allowed depending upon: (1) the reason for cancellation, (2) the number of days prior to the start of the event that your cancellation request is received, and (3) the amount expended in preparation for your participation in the event.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until April 21, 2024.

FAQs
I'm an expecting new mom. Can I join?
You are absolutely welcome to attend! We know the difficulties of being a new mom, and we hope you'll be able to meet and learn from other moms and find a supportive community in the church through this event.
I'm from another church. Can I join?
Certainly! We'd love to fellowship with you.
Can I register and pay at the church?
GCCP has transitioned to paperless registration and cashless payments for church events and activities. If you need help with registering on Sundays, you can ask for assistance at the Connect Hub.
Do I have to wear a mask during the event?
There is no mask requirement, but please feel free to do what is best for your personal health and safety.
Can I bring my kids?
We want to create an environment tailored to allow mothers a focused time of care and encouragement within our church community. For this reason, we have opted for a child-free setting. We understand that family dynamics vary, and we appreciate your understanding of the unique nature of this event.
