Call to Worship

Have someone read aloud:

Jeremiah 17:9-10 (NKJV)

“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it? I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.

Prayer

Our Heavenly Father, we come humbly before as Your redeemed children. Thank You for the great love You have bestowed upon us. You know all things. Nothing can be hidden from You. May Your righteousness be over us all that we may come with clean and pure hearts to worship You today. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Scripture Reading

Read aloud (together if applicable).

R-19 CHRIST THE SAVIOR 基督救主

John 3:16-18, Romans 5:8; Hebrews 7:25; Acts 4:12; Revelation 1:5b-6

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

"He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.

Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."

... To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Song of Response

Worship Through Prayer

  1. Lord, You know what is pure and holy. I cannot fake any of these. I humble myself and ask that You cleanse me from all unrighteousness and let the righteousness of Christ cover me. May I live according to the righteousness of Christ and Your Word.

  2. Lord, cleanse my heart of all evil. It is deceitful and wicked by nature. Yet, I have been redeemed and no longer a slave to sin. Help me love You above all else that I may long to please You always. Let You be the One that I love and to You I give my all.

  3. Lord, take my heart and let it follow Your heartbeat. Let me love what You love and hate what You hate. Let me be wholly devoted to You in this life. Let none take Your place in my heart. Help me, O Lord. I need You to help me. In Jesus' name. Amen.
