Submission of registration form constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before signing up.
Registration and Payment
The event is open to all young adults 23-40 years old.
Discounted rates are available only to GCCP members, regular worshipers, active LifeGroup members. Exceptions are rare and considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with church policy.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Registration will not be processed until form is submitted and payment has been made.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
Cancellation and Refund
Standard cancellation fee for this event is P1000.
Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant(s) personally or by phone. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases refunds may be allowed depending upon: (1) the reason for cancellation, (2) the number of days prior to the start of the event that your cancellation request is received, and (3) the amount expended in preparation for your participation in the event.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until March 16, 2025.

FAQs
Can I pay in cash? / Can I register and pay at the church?
GCCP has transitioned to paperless registration and cashless payments for church events and activities. If you need help with registering on Sundays, you can ask for assistance at the Connect Hub.
I'm from another Christian church. Can I still join?
Yes, you are welcome to join. However, please note that discounted rates are available only to GCCP members, regular worshipers, active LifeGroup members, and certain exception cases in accordance with GCCP policy. To inquire about your eligibility, please email us at kairos@gccp.org.ph.
Can I drive directly to the venue?
We highly encourage you to join the bus going to Masungi to avoid delays, as entry is organized in scheduled batches. This helps ensure a smooth and timely experience for everyone.
Do you offer financial assistance?
Event fees are already heavily subsidized by the church in order to keep prices as low as reasonably possible. However, we understand that some may be experiencing financial challenges. Please send us an email at kairos@gccp.org.ph to inquire about your eligibility for financial aid.
