Prayer
Heavenly Father, You are gracious and kind. We praise You for all the good gifts and daily blessings You've given to us. All that we have come from Your loving hands. We come before You in thanksgiving to offer ourselves to You. Be pleased to use our lives for Your honor and glory. Thank You. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Now it came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.”
So He said to them, “When you pray, say:
Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us day by day our daily bread.
And forgive us our sins,
For we also forgive everyone who is indebted to us.
And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.”
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

Worship Through Prayer
Lord, set my heart to pursue Your work faithfully. Let me not be blinded by any ambition for worldly success apart from You. Let me desire Your approval rather than the accolades of man. Purify my heart. I choose You above all else for You are and will always be my first love.
Lord, I know how vulnerable life is on earth. Nothing is safe and secure. I can lose something or everything I have at any time. It makes me afraid and anxious, but thank You that I have You who is eternal. No matter what happens, I will always be safe and secure in You. I rest in You. Hold me.
Father, help me live a godly life faithful unto You. Let the legacy of my life be a testimony of my love for You. May people know and love You more because of how I lived my life for Your glory. I ask not to be remembered by others when I'm gone. I ask that You be the One remembered by my family and friends as the Savior who loved me so well. Be glorified.
