Scripture Reading
Read aloud (together if applicable).
R-75 THE GOD BLESSED HOME 蒙神賜福的家
Psalm 127, 128 (NKJV)
Unless the LORD builds the house,
They labor in vain who build it;
Unless the LORD guards the city,
The watchman stays awake in vain.
It is vain for you to rise up early,
To sit up late,
To eat the bread of sorrows;
For so He gives His beloved sleep.
Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD,
The fruit of the womb is a reward.
Like arrows in the hand of a warrior,
So are the children of one’s youth.
Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them;
They shall not be ashamed,
But shall speak with their enemies in the gate.
Blessed is every one who fears the LORD,
Who walks in His ways.
When you eat the labor of your hands,
You shall be happy, and it shall be well with you.
Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine
In the very heart of your house,
Your children like olive plants
All around your table.
Behold, thus shall the man be blessed
Who fears the LORD.
The LORD bless you out of Zion,
And may you see the good of Jerusalem
All the days of your life.
Yes, may you see your children’s children.
Peace be upon Israel!

Worship Through Prayer
Father, forgive me. I have not been contented and thankful for the good gifts You have been giving me each day. I find myself wanting to have more. I keep looking at the things of the world. The more I do so, the more I feel dissatisfied and ungrateful. I keep wanting to have what I don't have. Forgive me for my covetous heart.
O Lord, help me learn to love You above all else. I want to be filled with Your love and be fully satisfied. May I overflow with love for You that my life becomes an unending symphony of praise and worship to You. How can I not sing Your praises? You have been so good to me from the day You created me. Thank You.
Father, let me not fear on missing out (FOMO) on all the things that I can't have in this life. Instead, let me delight in what I have and give thanks not only for the gifts that I have received but also for the blessing of being able to enjoy them. The ability to enjoy life and anything else are Your grace. Thank You so much.
