Sports | SMASH Badminton Tournament 2023

This event is open to adults (18 y/o and older) who are regularly attending GCCP worship services ON-SITE and students who are regularly attending Ignite, Journey, or Junior Church prior to the tournament.

A player is considered regularly attending if he/she has at least attended 3/4 or 4/5 times a month for the last 3 months.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

If registering as a team, players must each fill out and submit a registration form indicating the name of their doubles partner.

Registration will not be processed until form is submitted and payment has been made.

GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.

All payments must be made via bank deposit/transfer.

Proof of payment must be provided upon registration. We will acknowledge receipt of your payment through email.

Standard cancellation fee for this event is P300.

Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant(s) personally or by phone. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.

In certain cases refunds may be allowed depending upon: (1) the reason for cancellation, (2) the number of days prior to the start of the event that your cancellation request is received, and (3) the amount expended in preparation for your participation in the event.

Refunding transactions will only be allowed until August 27, 2023.
