Dr. David A. Dean is currently professor of Systematic Theology and Bible Exposition at Yan Fook Bible Institute in Hong Kong, and has served as adjunct faculty at Dallas Theological Seminary, Word of Life Asia, and the Himalayan Graduate School of Theology. He is an ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ and holds the ThM and PhD in Bible Exposition from Dallas Theological Seminary. He served in the Philippines from 1994 to 2002 at the Biblical Seminary of the Philippines (BSOP).
Dr. Dean also holds a BA in physics from Drew University and an MS in applied physics from Cornell University and has authored a number of books. His experience in the scientific world of academia and the laboratory gives him a unique perspective on issues involving science and Scripture.
