Call to Worship
Have someone read aloud:
1 John 4:7-11 (NKJV)
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
Prayer
O Lord, our God, You are love. Thank You for lavishing upon us Your perfect love. The expression of true love can be learned from You alone. It was You who pursued us with love. We are blessed forevermore for Your gift of eternal love in Jesus Christ. Praise be to You, O Heavenly Father, and to Your Holy Son, Jesus, our Lord, forever and ever, Amen.

R-45 LOVE FOR GOD 愛咱的上帝
Romans 5:8; 1 John 4:8-10; 3:1a; 4:11-12, 18-19 (NKJV)
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!...
Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
...If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us.
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love Him because He first loved us.

Worship through Prayer
O Lord, sanctify my love. Make it pure and honoring to You. I give all my love to You so that I may receive Your perfect love to share it freely with others. May Your Name be praised as Your love blesses more lives in and through me.
Help me love people sincerely not just in words but also with actions. Give me wisdom to express love in such a way that effectively communicates Your love. Let others be blessed by my acts of love done for Your glory. May people praise and thank You because they have received godly love.
Love even when it hurts. This is not easy. Fill my heart with Your love. Help me to love the difficult and unlovable people in my life. When there's hate in my heart, please replace it with Your love so that I may continue to love unconditionally. Be glorified in the way I love, Lord. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
