Terms & Conditions
Submission of registration form constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before signing up.
The event is open to children from 5 years old (born no later than December 31, 2018) to incoming Grade 7 (S.Y '23-'24).
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Limited to 35 students per class. Those who register after classes have reached the limit will be put on a waitlist. Priority is given to children who regularly attend Junior Church and/or whose parents regularly worship at GCCP for at least 3 months prior to registration.
Registration will not be processed until form is submitted and payment has been made.
All payments must be made via bank deposit/transfer.
Proof of payment must be provided upon registration. We will acknowledge receipt of your payment through email.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
Standard cancellation fee for this event is P300.
Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant's parent/guardian personally or by phone. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases refunds may be allowed depending upon: (1) the reason for cancellation, (2) the number of days prior to the start of the event that your cancellation request is received, and (3) the amount expended in preparation for your participation in the event.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until April 23, 2023.

Parent's or guardian's consent is required for all children who wish to attend this event.
Parent's or guardian's contact information must be provided in the registration.
GCCP may verify parent's or guardian's consent as deemed necessary.
Kids are expected to bring their own Bible, art supplies, water bottle, personal medicine, face mask, extra clothes, and face towel. They may also be required by their Tribe Leader (teacher) to bring items needed for activities in their respective class.
Camp volunteers will only stay until 5:00 PM. Parents and guardians are expected to fetch their child(ren) on time.
Children will not be allowed to leave the classroom unless they have submitted a signed permission form to leave on their own, or their fetcher presents an official VBS Fetcher's ID. Parents will receive an email notification when the submission form and Fetcher's ID are available.
This is a church event. All participants are expected to conduct himself/herself in a Christ-like manner at all times:
Be kind and helpful to fellow campers and camp coordinators.
Listen to camp coordinators, teachers, and volunteers and treat them with respect.
Do not bring firearms/weapons, gambling materials, portable gaming systems, alcoholic drinks, illegal drugs, or pets.
Willingly participate in the activities of the camp and be ready to have a great time.
Should a participant fail to comply with the guidelines of this event, GCCP has the right to exercise disciplinary actions that may include but not limited to notifying the participant's parents, sending the participant home without refund, and fining the participant for any additional expenses incurred by his/her actions.
For the health and safety and well-being of all participants, participants are highly encouraged to wear masks during the event.
Individuals who are showing Covid-like symptoms or are obviously sick on the day(s) of the event will not be allowed to join in the activities.
In the event of a situation requiring medical attention, parent/guardian grants permission to the supervising staff to attend to the child. If further medical attention is required, every effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian to receive specific authorization before action is taken. If efforts to contact the parent/guardian are unsuccessful, parent/guardian grants permission for necessary medical treatment to be given to the child, including taking the child to the nearest physician, dentist, or to the hospital.
Adequate and appropriate supervision will be provided during the event. However, unanticipated situations and problems that are beyond the control of the organizers, volunteers, and staff can arise on any event/activity, church-sponsored or otherwise.
All participants, parents, and guardians understand this and agree to release and hold harmless GCCP and its Event Coordinators, Volunteers, and Staff from any and all liability, claims, costs, interest, and expense arising from such situations, including any accident or injury, sickness, hospitalization, or other incidents beyond the control of GCCP, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil disturbances, and health issues that may arise during and/or as a result of the child's participation in this event.
During the event, GCCP may take photo, video, and audio recordings of participants for documentation purposes.
All participants, parents, and guardians grant GCCP permission to use, publish, replicate, and distribute these recordings for any legal use, including but not limited to promotional materials, print and digital publications, social media, website, and/or other media channels. They also agree to waive any rights of compensation and/or ownership of any photos, videos, and/or other media taken during the event.

No, your child does not have to be vaccinated to be able to join. However, please note that participants who are sick or exhibiting Covid-like symptoms will not be allowed to join in the camp activities.
Camp Fees are heavily subsidized by the church in order to keep prices as low as reasonably possible. However, we understand that some may be experiencing financial challenges. Please talk to us if you need financial assistance to join the event.
