Submission of your registration form constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before signing up.
Registration & Payment
The event is open to children from Kinder to Grade 6 (current S.Y. 2024-2025).
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Each class is limited to 35 students. Once the limit is reached, additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist.
For those on the waitlist, priority is given to children who regularly attend Junior Church and/or whose parents have been worshiping at GCCP for at least three months prior to registration, in accordance with GCCP policy.
Registration is only confirmed once the registration form and payment have been received.
Registration is non-transferable.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
Cancellation & Refund
A P500 fee will be charged for any cancellation.
Cancellations must be initiated by the participant personally or by phone. An email confirmation will be sent once the cancellation is processed.
In certain cases refunds may be considered based on (1) the reason for cancellation; (2) when the request was made relative to the event start date; (3) expenses incurred in preparation for participation.
Refund requests will only be accepted until April 13, 2025.

FAQs
My family attends another church. Can my child(ren) join?
Absolutely! VBS is open to all kids, regardless of church affiliation. However, please note that each class has a limit of 35 students. If classes are full when you register, your child(ren) will be placed on a waitlist. Please note that priority is given to children on the waitlist who regularly attend Junior Church and/or whose parents have been worshiping at GCCP for at least three months before registration.
Can I pay in cash? / Can I register and pay at the church?
GCCP has transitioned to paperless registration and cashless payments for church events and activities. If you need help with registering on Sundays, you can ask for assistance at the Connect Hub or at the Junior Church Help Desk.
What if my child no longer wishes to join? Can I transfer his/her registration to someone else?
No, we don’t allow registration transfers. Since VBS typically has a long waitlist, any canceled spots will be offered to the next child on the waitlist.
Do you offer financial assistance?
Camp Fees are already heavily subsidized by the church in order to keep prices as low as reasonably possible. However, we understand that some may be experiencing financial challenges. Please talk to us if you need financial assistance to join the event.
My child has a medical condition. Can he/she join?
Your child is welcome to join the event provided that he/she can move around unassisted. You may need to inform the GCCP Event Coordinators of your child's medical condition for awareness purposes in case of medical emergencies, but please note that it is still your child's responsibility to bring or provide for his/her own special care needs during the event.
Can my child be accompanied by a parent or caretaker in the classroom?
No. To allow teachers to effectively manage the class and facilitate activities, we do not allow parents or companions inside the classrooms.
