Submission of registration form constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before signing up.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Those attending other churches will be charged the actual cost of the camp unless they are regularly attending a GCCP worship service, weekly Student Ministries programs, or LifeGroup for three (3) months prior to registration.
Registration will not be processed until form is submitted and payment has been made.
If there is a school-related schedule conflict, GCCP can issue a letter of appeal upon your request. However, please note that the decision to excuse you from your school activities rests with your school.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
All payments must be made via bank deposit/transfer through any of the banks below. Proof of payment must be submitted together with the registration form.

Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant's parent/guardian personally or by phone. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases refunds may be allowed depending upon: (1) the reason for cancellation, (2) the number of days prior to the start of the event that your cancellation request is received, and (3) the amount expended in preparation for your participation in the event.
A non-refundable amount of P1000 will be charged for any cancellation.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until May 7, 2023.

Parent's or guardian's consent is required for all students who wish to attend this event.
It is the student's responsibility to secure permission to attend the camp from his/her parent(s) or guardian.
Parent's or guardian's contact information must be provided in the registration.
GCCP may verify parent's or guardian's consent as deemed necessary.
This is a church event. All participants are expected to conduct himself/herself in a Christ-like manner at all times:
Be kind and helpful to fellow campers and camp coordinators.
Listen to camp coordinators and group leaders and treat them with respect.
Do not enter a cabin or be alone with someone of the opposite gender.
Do not bring firearms/weapons, gambling materials, portable gaming systems, alcoholic drinks, illegal drugs, or pets.
Abide by the Camp Guidelines and those set by the venue management.
Willingly participate in the activities of the camp and be ready to have a great time.
Should a participant fail to comply with the guidelines of this event, GCCP has the right to exercise disciplinary actions that may include but not limited to notifying the participant's parents, sending the participant home without refund, and fining the participant for any additional expenses incurred by his/her actions.
GCCP follows guidelines as set forth by the Philippine Government and LGU’s.
Depending on the general health situation or as deemed necessary by the event coordinators, participants may be required to undergo an antigen swab test. GCCP will provide for this service as needed.
For the health and safety and well-being of all participants, participants are highly encouraged to wear masks during the event.
Individuals who are showing Covid-like symptoms or are obviously sick on the day of departure will not be allowed to join the event.
In the event of a situation requiring medical attention, parent/guardian grants permission to the supervising staff to attend to the child. If further medical attention is required, every effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian to receive specific authorization before action is taken.
If efforts to contact the parent/guardian are unsuccessful, parent/guardian grants permission for necessary medical treatment to be given to the child, including taking the child to the nearest physician, dentist, or to the hospital.
Adequate and appropriate supervision will be provided during the event. However, unanticipated situations and problems that are beyond the control of the organizers, volunteers, and staff can arise on any event/activity, church-sponsored or otherwise.
All participants, parents, and guardians understand this and agree to release and hold harmless GCCP and its Event Coordinators, Volunteers, and Staff from any and all liability, claims, costs, interest, and expense arising from such situations, including any accident or injury, sickness, hospitalization, or other incidents beyond the control of GCCP, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil disturbances, and health issues that may arise during and/or as a result of the child's participation in this event.
During the event, GCCP may take photo, video, and audio recordings of participants for documentation purposes.
All participants, parents, and guardians grant GCCP permission to use, publish, replicate, and distribute these recordings for any legal use, including but not limited to promotional materials, print and digital publications, social media, website, and/or other media channels. They also agree to waive any rights of compensation and/or ownership of any photos, videos, and/or other media taken during the event.

Use an offering envelope found by the offering boxes placed around the church. Indicate NAME(s), DATE OF PAYMENT, and PURPOSE ("CATALYST 2023"), then take a photo of the envelope showing these information. You will need to upload this photo as you fill out the registration form.

Absolutely! All high school students can join the camp. However, please note that those attending other churches will be charged the actual cost of the camp, unless they're regularly attending a GCCP worship service, weekly Student Ministries programs, or LifeGroup on-site at least three (3) months prior to registration.
No, you do not have to be vaccinated to be able to join. However, please note that individuals who are sick or exhibiting Covid-like symptoms on the day of departure will not be allowed to join the event.
Those with medical conditions can join the event provided that they can move around unassisted. Parents/participants may wish to inform the GCCP Event Coordinators of the child's medical condition. However, please note that this is for awareness purposes only in case of medical emergencies. It is still the participant's responsibility to bring or provide for his/her own food, medicine, and other special care needs during the event.

There will be transportation arrangements for those who will not be able to join the optional trip to the Enchanted Kingdom. We will have more information at Camp Orientation.
