Submission of registration form constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before signing up.
Registration and Payment
This event is open to GCCP LifeGroup members and individuals who are regularly attending GCCP worship services on-site.
A player is considered regularly attending if he/she has at least attended 3/4 or 4/5 times a month.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
If registering as a team, players must indicate the names of their teammates (minimum 4, maximum 5 players per team).
Those registering as an individual will be placed in a team determined by the Committee.
Registration will not be processed until form is submitted and payment has been made.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
All payments must be made via bank deposit/transfer.
Proof of payment must be provided upon registration. We will acknowledge receipt of your payment through email.
Cancellation and Refund
Standard cancellation fee for this event is P300 per person.
Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant(s) personally or by phone. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases refunds may be allowed depending upon: (1) the reason for cancellation, (2) the number of days prior to the start of the event that your cancellation request is received, and (3) the amount expended in preparation for your participation in the event.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until July 23, 2023.

Who can join the tournament?
LifeGroup members and individuals who are regularly attending GCCP worship services on-site can join the tournament.
Do I need to be part of a LifeGroup before I can register?
No. If you do not have a LifeGroup but wish to join, fill out the registration form an we will place you in a team. You can simply fill in the fields applicable to you and type "NA" on the other fields (i.e. LifeGroup Name, Player 2, etc.)
Me and my friends want to join but we're not part of a LifeGroup. Can we register as a team?
As this is a LifeGroup event and there are only a limited number of teams we can accommodate, those who are in LifeGroups are given priority for team slots. Those who are not in LifeGroups but wish to join as a team will be treated as individual registrations. This means your team will need to pay P700 per person (P2,800 for 4 members or P3,500 for 5 members).
Please note that all members of your team must be regularly attending a GCCP worship service on-site for 3 months prior to registration.
Can I register and pay at the church?
GCCP has transitioned to paperless registration and cashless payments for church events and activities. If you need help with registering, please get in touch with us at lifegroup@gccp.org.ph
Do I have to be vaccinated to join?
Vaccination is not required to be able to join. However, please note that if you are sick or showing Covid-like symptoms on the day(s) of the event, you will not be allowed to participate in the activities.

If registering as a LifeGroup:
Fill out full information of players representing your LifeGroup (min. 4, max. 5 per team)
If registering as an individual (if not part of a LifeGroup):
Type "NA" in the LifeGroup Info and in the player info fields that are not applicable to you. The committee will place you in a group and assign a Team Captain after the registration period.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- You'll be asked to upload proof of payment.
- Player 1 is designated as Team Captain/Coordinator. He/she will be the main contact and emergency contact person for the LifeGroup during the event.
