Submission of registration form constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before signing up.
Eligibility
This event is open to ADULTS (18 y/o and older) who are regularly attending GCCP worship services on-site, and STUDENTS who are regularly attending Ignite, Journey, or Junior Church.
A player is considered regularly attending if he/she has at least attended 3/4 or 4/5 times a month for the last 3 months.
Player must be able to attend all days of the tournament. Failure to attend on any day will result in withdrawal from the tournament and forfeiture of all matches, including those already played.
A player can register even without a partner. The GCCP Organizing Team will help find a playing partner for those who register solo.
Registration and Payment
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
If registering as a pair, players must individually fill out and submit a registration form indicating the name of their doubles partner.
If registering solo, please type "ANY" in the field for Teammate's Name on the registration form.
Only players who have registered may join the Special Badminton Clinic. An additional fee of P300 per person must be paid on top of the tournament fee in order to join.
Registration will not be processed until form is submitted and payment has been made.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
All payments must be made via bank deposit/transfer.
Proof of payment must be provided upon registration. We will acknowledge receipt of your payment through email.
Cancellation and Refund
Standard cancellation fee for this event is P400. The Special Badminton Clinic Fee is non-refundable.
Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant(s) personally or by phone. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases refunds may be allowed depending upon: (1) the reason for cancellation, (2) the number of days prior to the start of the event that your cancellation request is received, and (3) the amount expended in preparation for your participation in the event.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until March 9, 2025.

FAQs
Who can join the tournament?
Adults (18 y/o and older) who are regularly attending GCCP worship services ON-SITE and students who are regularly attending Ignite, Journey, or Junior Church can join the tournament.
Do I need to have a doubles partner before I can register?
No. If you do not have a playing partner but wish to join, please type ANY in the Teammate's Name field in the registration form and we will help you find one.
Can I register and pay at the church?
GCCP has transitioned to paperless registration and cashless payments for church events and activities. If you need help with registering, please get in touch with us at sports@gccp.org.ph
Is everyone required to attend the Leveling and Badminton Clinic?
All registered players must attend the leveling day so that you and your partner can be placed in the appropriate category. You're welcome to stay and play and get to know our community after your leveling session.
Participation in the Special Badminton Clinic is optional but highly encouraged.
Who can join the Special Badminton Clinic?
The clinic is exclusive to players who have already registered for the tournament.
I'm interested in joining the Special Badminton Clinic. How do I register?
In the registration form, choose "YES" when asked if you wish to join the Special Badminton Clinic. Make sure to add P300 to the tournament fee when you pay.
Can I or my partner join the tournament if we can only attend one day?
To ensure fair competition and proper scheduling, all players must be able to attend every day of the tournament. If you have registered but are unable to attend on any day due to unforeseen circumstances, both you and your partner will be withdrawn from the tournament. This will result in forfeiture of all matches, including those already played. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Please NOTE:
- Player must be able to attend all days of the tournament.
- If you are joining the Special Badminton Clinic, please include the additional Clinic Fee to your registration payment.
- If you are registering as a team, please fill out separate forms for each player and make sure to indicate each other's name in the Teammate's Name field.
- If you need help finding a playing partner, type ANY in the Teammate's Name field.
