Submission of registration form constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before signing up.
Eligibility
This event is open to ADULTS (18 y/o and above) who regularly attend GCCP worship services on-site, and STUDENTS who regularly attend Ignite, Journey, or Junior Church.
To be considered a regular attendee, a player must have attended at least 3 out of 4 weekends (or 4 out of 5, when applicable) per month for the past 3 months.
All registrations will go through an eligibility verification process.
Players must be available for all tournament dates. Absence on any day will result in automatic withdrawal and forfeiture of all matches, including those already played.
Players may register without a partner. The GCCP Organizing Team will assist in pairing solo registrants with suitable partners.
Registration and Payment
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
If registering as a pair, players must individually fill out and submit a registration form indicating the name of their doubles partner.
If registering solo, please type "ANY" in the field for Teammate's Name on the registration form.
Only players who have registered may join the Special Badminton Clinic. An additional fee of P300 per person must be paid on top of the tournament fee in order to join.
Registration is only confirmed once the registration form and payment have been received.
Registration is non-transferable.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
Cancellation and Refund
Standard cancellation fee for this event is P400. The Special Badminton Clinic Fee is non-refundable.
Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant(s) personally or by phone. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases refunds may be considered based on (1) the reason for cancellation; (2) when the request was made relative to the event start date; (3) expenses incurred in preparation for participation.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until July 6, 2025.

FAQs
Who can join the tournament? / I'm not from GCCP. Can I join?
The event is exclusive to the following:
- Adults (18 years old and above) who regularly attend GCCP worship services on-site, and
- Students who regularly attend Ignite, Journey, or Junior Church.

Do I need to have a doubles partner before I can register?
No. If you do not have a playing partner but wish to join, please type ANY in the Teammate's Name field in the registration form and we will help you find one.
Can I pay in cash? / Can I register and pay at the church?
GCCP has transitioned to paperless registration and cashless payments for all events and activities. If you need help registering while you’re at church on a Sunday, just head over to the Connect Hub—we're happy to assist you!
What happens if I pay but forget to submit my registration form?
Your registration is only confirmed once both the registration form and payment are received. If you’ve already paid but haven’t submitted the form, your slot isn’t secured just yet, so make sure to complete both steps!
Is everyone required to attend the Leveling and Badminton Clinic?
All registered players must attend the leveling day so that you and your partner can be placed in the appropriate category. You're welcome to stay and play and get to know our community after your leveling session.
Participation in the Special Badminton Clinic is optional but highly encouraged.
Who can join the Special Badminton Clinic?
The clinic is exclusive to players who have already registered for the tournament.
How do I register for the Special Badminton Clinic?
In the registration form, select the option with Special Badminton Clinic and pay the indicated amount.
Can I or my partner join the tournament if we can only attend one day?
To ensure fair competition and proper scheduling, all players must be able to attend every day of the tournament. If you have registered but are unable to attend on any day due to unforeseen circumstances, both you and your partner will be withdrawn from the tournament. This will result in forfeiture of all matches, including those already played. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.

You'll be asked to upload a recent photo and proof of payment.
Please NOTE:
- Player must be able to attend all days of the tournament.
- If you are joining the Special Badminton Clinic, please include the additional Clinic Fee to your registration payment.
- If you are registering as a team, please fill out separate forms for each player and make sure to indicate each other's name in the Teammate's Name field.
- If you need help finding a playing partner, type ANY in the Teammate's Name field.
