Submission of registration form constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before signing up.
Eligibility
This event is open to ADULTS, STUDENTS, and CHILDREN who regularly attend GCCP worship services, Ignite, Journey, or Junior Church.
To be considered a regular attendee, a player must have attended at least 3 out of 4 weekends (or 4 out of 5, when applicable) per month for the past 3 months.
All registrations will go through an eligibility verification process.
Players must be available for all tournament dates. Absence on any day will result in automatic withdrawal and forfeiture of all matches, including those already played.
Players may register without a partner. The GCCP Organizing Team will assist in pairing solo registrants with suitable partners.
Registration and Payment
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
If registering as a pair, players must individually fill out and submit a registration form indicating the name of their doubles partner.
If registering solo, please type "ANY" in the field for Teammate's Name on the registration form.
Registration is only confirmed once BOTH the registration form and payment have been received.
Registration is non-transferable.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
Cancellation and Refund
Standard cancellation fee for this event is P400.
Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant(s) personally or by phone. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases refunds may be considered based on (1) the reason for cancellation; (2) when the request was made relative to the event start date; (3) expenses incurred in preparation for participation.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until August 16, 2026

FAQs
I don't attend GCCP or any weekly programs of GCCP / I'm from another church. Can I join?
At this time, the event is exclusive to adults, students, and children who regularly attend GCCP on-site worship services, Ignite, Journey, or Junior Church. A regular GCCP attendee is someone who has attended at least 3 out of 4 weekends (or 4 out of 5, when applicable) per month over the past 3 months. If you’re unsure whether you meet these criteria, feel free to email sports@gccp.org.ph, and we’ll be happy to help clarify.
Do I need to have a doubles partner before I can register?
No. If you do not have a playing partner but wish to join, please type ANY in the Teammate's Name field in the registration form and we will help you find one.
Can I pay in cash? / Can I register and pay at the church?
GCCP has transitioned to paperless registration and cashless payments for all events and activities. If you need help registering while you’re at church on a Sunday, just head over to the Connect Hub—we're happy to assist you!
What happens if I pay but forget to submit my registration form?
Your registration is only confirmed once both the registration form and payment are received. If you’ve already paid but haven’t submitted the form, your slot isn’t secured just yet, so make sure to complete both steps!
I've already paid, but I can't make it to the event anymore. Can I get a refund?
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for information about refunds in the event of cancellation. You may also email sports@gccp.org.ph to ask about refund eligibility.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
No, we don’t allow registration transfers. Any canceled spots will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
Is everyone required to attend the Leveling?
All registered players must attend the leveling day so that you and your partner can be placed in the appropriate category. You're welcome to stay and play and get to know our community after your leveling session.
What if I can’t attend one or both the tournament days?
To ensure fair competition and proper scheduling, all players must be able to attend every day of the tournament. If you have registered but are unable to attend on any day due to unforeseen circumstances, both you and your partner will be withdrawn from the tournament. This will result in forfeiture of all matches, including those already played. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
