Eligibility
This event is open to GCCP LifeGroup members and individuals who regularly attend GCCP worship services on-site.
A player is considered regularly attending if he/she has at least attended 3/4 or 4/5 times a month for the last 3 months.
Registration and Payment
Registration is on a first come, first served basis, with priority given to LifeGroups.
LifeGroups registering as a team must indicate the names of each player. Each team must have a minimum of 4 and maximum of 5 players.
Individuals who register will be placed in a team determined by the Committee. Placement will depend on availability of open slots in a team.
A team can include both LifeGroup members and non-LifeGroup members, as long as the non-LifeGroup members fit the eligibility requirement.
Registration will not be processed until form is submitted and payment has been made.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
All payments must be made via bank deposit/transfer.
Proof of payment must be provided upon registration. We will acknowledge receipt of your payment through email.
Cancellation and Refund
Standard cancellation fee for this event is P1,500 per team or P300 per individual.
Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant(s) personally through email. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases refunds may be allowed depending upon: (1) the reason for cancellation, (2) the number of days prior to the start of the event that your cancellation request is received, and (3) the amount expended in preparation for your participation in the event.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until August 4, 2024.

Who can join the tournament?
GCCP LifeGroup members and individuals who are regularly attending GCCP worship services on-site are welcome to join.
Can I register and pay at the church?
GCCP has transitioned to paperless registration and cashless payments for church events and activities. If you need help with registering on Sundays, you can ask for assistance at the Connect Hub.
What if my LifeGroup has fewer than 4 members who wish to join?
If you wish to avail the team rate, you need at least 4 members in your team. You can combine members with other LifeGroups to form a team or invite non-LifeGroup members to your team as long as the non-LifeGroup members are regularly attending GCCP worship services at least 3 months prior to registration.
Alternatively, you can sign up individually (P700 per person). However, please note that team registrations are prioritized, and your spot may not be guaranteed.
Do I need to be part of a LifeGroup to register?
No. While this event is geared towards members of LifeGroups, if you have been regularly attending GCCP for 3 months, you are welcome to join to get a glimpse of the fun side of being part of a LifeGroup. However, please note that individual spots are very limited as team registrations are prioritized.
If you wish to join, you can fill out the registration form and type "NA" on the fields that don't apply to you (i.e. LifeGroup Name, Player 2, etc.)
My friends and I want to join but we're not part of a LifeGroup. Can we register as a team?
Non-LifeGroup members can join as a team, as long as all players fit the eligibility requirement.
Please note that only a very limited number of non-LifeGroup teams can be accommodated. Please email lifegroup@gccp.org.ph to check for availability of team slots before making a payment.
What if someone from my team will back out after we've registered?
Please send an email to lifegroup@gccp.org.ph for requests to change your member lineup. Replacement players are subject to eligibility requirements.
Please note also that once the registration period ends, we will no longer be able to change t-shirt sizes.
If registering as a LifeGroup:
Fill out full information of players representing your LifeGroup (min. 4, max. 5 per team)
If registering as an individual:
Type "NA" in the LifeGroup Info and in the player info fields that are not applicable to you. The committee will place you in a team and assign a Team Captain after the registration period.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
You'll be asked to upload proof of payment.
Player 1 is designated as Team Captain/Coordinator. He/she will be the main contact and emergency contact person for the LifeGroup during the event.
