Submission of registration form constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before signing up.
Registration and Payment
This event is open to males 16 y/o and older who are regularly attending GCCP worship services ON-SITE for three (3) months prior to registration.
A player is considered regularly attending if he/she has at least attended 3/4 or 4/5 times a month.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Registration is only confirmed once the registration form and payment have been received.
Registration is non-transferable.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
Player Guidelines
All players will be assigned to teams via a draft.
All players must attend a GCCP worship service ON-SITE to be able to play. No church, no play.
Cancellation and Refund
Standard cancellation fee for this event is P1,000.
Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant(s) personally or by phone. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases refunds may be considered based on (1) the reason for cancellation; (2) when the request was made relative to the event start date; (3) expenses incurred in preparation for participation.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until April 5, 2026.

Who can join?
Males 16 y/o and older who are regularly attending GCCP worship services ON-SITE for at least three (3) months prior to registration can join the league.
My friend(s) and I want to join. Can we be on the same team?
You can indicate the names of your friends in the Comments/Questions section of the form. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be on the same team.
Can I register and pay at the church?
GCCP has transitioned to paperless registration and cashless payments for church events and activities. If you need help with registering on Sundays, you can ask for assistance at the Connect Hub.
What happens if I pay but forget to submit my registration form?
Your registration is only confirmed once both the registration form and payment are received. If you’ve already paid but haven’t submitted the form, your slot isn’t secured just yet, so make sure to complete both steps!
How do I know which team I belong to? / Where do I find schedule of games?
We will post team rosters on the GCCP Sports Ministry page on Facebook. Make sure to like/follow the page to get regular updates on game schedules, announcements, etc. You can also send a message to the page for inquiries.
