Submission of registration form constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before signing up.
Registration and Payment
This event is open to both male and female 16 y/o and older who are regularly attending GCCP worship services for three (3) months prior to registration.
A player is considered regularly attending if he/she has at least attended 3/4 or 4/5 times a month.
Players below 16 years old may request permission to join if their skill level is deemed comparable to the 16+ division. Final approval will be subject to assessment, and a signed waiver from a parent or guardian will be required if permitted to play.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Registration is only confirmed once the registration form and payment have been received.
Registration is non-transferable.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
General Mechanics
Players must attend a Tier Assessment session to determine their appropriate skill level. Players will then be assigned to teams according to their tier.
Teams will be formed through a balanced drafting process to help ensure fair and even competition across all teams.
Players must attend a GCCP worship service ON-SITE to be able to play. No church, no play.
Cancellation and Refund
Standard cancellation fee for this event is P500.
Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant(s) personally or by phone. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases refunds may be considered based on (1) the reason for cancellation; (2) when the request was made relative to the event start date; (3) expenses incurred in preparation for participation.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until June 21, 2026.

FAQs
I don't attend GCCP or any weekly programs of GCCP / I'm from another church. Can I join?
At this time, the event is exclusive to those who regularly attend GCCP on-site worship services. A regular GCCP attendee is someone who has attended at least 3 out of 4 weekends (or 4 out of 5, when applicable) per month over the past 3 months. If you’re unsure whether you meet these criteria, feel free to email sports@gccp.org.ph, and we’ll be happy to help clarify.
My friend(s) and I want to join. Can we be on the same team?
Teams will be formed based on player tiers to help ensure balanced and fair competition, so we can’t guarantee that friends will be placed on the same team.
Can I pay in cash? / Can I register and pay at the church?
GCCP has transitioned to paperless registration and cashless payments for all events and activities. If you need help registering while you’re at church on a Sunday, just head over to the Connect Hub—we're happy to assist you!
What happens if I pay but forget to submit my registration form?
Your registration is only confirmed once both the registration form and payment are received. If you’ve already paid but haven’t submitted the form, your slot isn’t secured just yet, so make sure to complete both steps!
I've already paid, but I can't make it to the event anymore. Can I get a refund?
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for information about refunds in the event of cancellation. You may also email sports@gccp.org.ph to ask about refund eligibility.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
No, we don’t allow registration transfers. This event typically has a long waitlist, and any canceled spots will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
Is everyone required to attend the Open Play with Tier Assessment sessions?
Yes, all registered players must attend at least one (1) Open Play with Tier Assessment session to determine their appropriate skill level and ensure fair and even competition across all teams.
Players can attend both sessions if they wish. In fact, we'd love it if you would!
Is the Open Play session open to anyone? / Can I just join the Open Play session?
Open play sessions are only to open to registered participants.
What if I can’t attend the Tier Assessment or a match?
If for any reason you are unable to attend either the Tier Assessment or the Tournament Proper, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary adjustments and keep the tournament running smoothly.
How do I know which team I belong to? / Where do I find schedule of games?
A representative from the Organizing Team will get in touch with you for updates and details regarding the tournament through the contact information you provided upon registration. Please make sure to check your email or SMS/Viber.
