Submission of registration form constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before signing up.
Eligibility
This event is open to ages 14 years old and up who regularly attend GCCP worship services.
Players can register as a team or as individuals. LifeGroups, families, and friend groups are welcome!
A player is considered regularly attending if he/she has at least attended 3/4 or 4/5 times a month for the last 3 months.
Registration and Payment
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Those registering as a team must indicate the names of each player. Each team must have a minimum of 4 and maximum of 5 players.
Individuals who register will be placed in a team determined by the Committee. Placement will depend on availability of open slots in a team.
A team can include both LifeGroup members and non-LifeGroup members, as long as the non-LifeGroup members fit the eligibility requirement.
Registration is only confirmed once the registration form and payment have been received.
Registration is non-transferable.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations must be initiated by the participant personally or by phone. An email confirmation will be sent once the cancellation is processed.
A cancellation fee of P1,500 (for teams) or P300 (for individuals) will be charged for any cancellation.
In certain cases refunds may be considered based on (1) the reason for cancellation; (2) when the request was made relative to the event start date; (3) expenses incurred in preparation for participation.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until August 2, 2026.

FAQs
Do I need to be part of a LifeGroup to register?
Nope! The activity is open to ages 14 years old and above who regularly attend GCCP worship services. You can register on your own or with a team like your LifeGroup, families, or friend groups.
If you've been regularly attending GCCP for at least 3 months, it’s a great way to get a feel of what being in community feels like at GCCP.
Can I pay in cash? / Can I register and pay at the church?
GCCP has transitioned to paperless registration and cashless payments for all events and activities. If you need help registering while you’re at church on a Sunday, just head over to the Connect Hub—we're happy to assist you!
What if my team has fewer than 4 members who wish to join?
To avail of the team rate, a group must have at least 4 members.
Alternatively, you can register as an individual to join. Please note that individual slots may be limited depending on the number of teams joining.
Can my friends and I join as a team even if we're not part of a LifeGroup?
Absolutely! Familes, friend groups, even your basketball team--you're welcome to join as long as all members meet the eligibility requirement (i.e. regular attendance at GCCP worship services for at least 3 months before registration).
What happens if I pay but forget to submit my registration form?
Your registration is only confirmed once both the registration form and payment are received. If you’ve already paid but haven’t submitted the form, your slot isn’t secured just yet, so make sure to complete both steps!
I've already paid, but I can't make it to the event anymore. Can I get a refund?
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for information about refunds in the event of cancellation. You may also email lifegroup@gccp.org.ph to ask about refund eligibility.
What happens if someone from my team backs out after we’ve registered?
Please email lifegroup@gccp.org.ph to request lineup changes. Replacement players must also meet the eligibility requirements.
Please note that after the registration period closes, t-shirt sizes can no longer be changed.
I registered as an individual. Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I can't make it anymore?
No, we don’t allow registration transfers. Any canceled spots will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
