VBS 2024: Stellar

The event is open to children from Kinder to Grade 6 (S.Y. 2023-2024).
Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Limited to 30 students per class. Those who register after classes have reached the limit will be put on a waitlist. Priority is given to children who regularly attend Junior Church and/or whose parents regularly worship at GCCP for at least 3 months prior to registration.
Registration will not be processed until form is submitted and payment has been made.
All payments must be made via bank deposit/transfer.
Proof of payment must be provided upon registration. We will acknowledge receipt of your payment through email.
GCCP reserves the right to refuse any registration.

Any cancellation must be initiated by the participant personally or by phone. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases refunds may be allowed depending upon: (1) the reason for cancellation, (2) the number of days prior to the start of the event that your cancellation request is received, and (3) the amount expended in preparation for your participation in the event.
A non-refundable amount of P500 will be charged for any cancellation.
Refunding transactions will only be allowed until April 21, 2024
